Thank you for your interest in using JCRRS LLC (JC’s Restaurant Repair Service) for your restaurant equipment repair needs. We service all HVAC, cooking equipment, specialty equipment, refrigeration, and minor electrical, and plumbing. It’s very important to mention that we are in business to serve our restaurant partners. We consider it a privilege to be able to go into our customers’ restaurants and help them be successful in every way possible. We are proud to be a drug free and safety conscious company for our associates and our customers. We will help identify problems related to your restaurants and reduce the need for service calls. We will help you make good business decisions by evaluating repairs and working with your team on major repairs. Trust and respect is the foundation of our business and therefore we do not require contracts from our customers. We will make mistakes in the field, pure and simple. When we do, we will correct the problem at no additional charge to the customer. We will work very hard to earn your business and continue to strive to improve our company to keep your business.
We currently service or have serviced in the Hampton Roads area these restaurants: Burger King, Sonic, 5 Guys Burgers and Fries, Denny’s, Schlotzky’s, Ryan’s Steakhouse, McCormick & Schmick’s, Tripp’s, Lynn haven Fish House and a few small individually owned restaurants.
Our rates are as follows: For normal working hours (Monday thru Friday, 8-5) Travel, minimum 30 minute charge at $90/hr. Labor, minimum 1 hour at $90/hr. After hours and weekend emergency calls are $135/hr. door to door. Holidays are $180/hr. door to door. Due to the extrornary increase in fuel cost we have added a fuel surcharge of $20.00/hr of travel. We expect our invoices to be paid within 30 days (net 30), and we will assess a late payment fee of 10% of the total bill if the invoice reaches 30 days past due (60 days after date of service). We accept checks or credit card for payment. We send a digital invoice to the email address of any customer served and everything is logged into QuickBooks, so it can be looked up anywhere at any time.
